The Map presented here was developed by me (Norman Finkelshteyn) based on text descriptions found on the internet. Unfortunately, these descriptions seem not to have been complete - you will note some gaps in the way I drew the border. If you have more definitive stuff, please give it to me.
To give credit where it is due (and blame them for inaccuracies, the map was constructed by pasting together maps obtained from Mapquest.com.
